Guava is another tropical fruit rich in high-profile nutrients. Guava is low in calories and fats but contain several vital vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant that play a pivotal role in prevention of cancers and anti-aging. Here we are presenting juice of this “super-fruit” with a delicious touch.

Preparation Time: 5-10 min
Cooking Time: 15-20 min

Ingredients :
  • 1 ½ cup pink guava ( fine chopped )
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cup water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp ginger juice
  • Salt according to taste
  • ¼ tsp freshly crushed pepper

Method :
  • Combine water, sugar and guava in a thick heave based sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer till the guavas are tender. ( approx 8-10 min ).
  • Cool completely and pure in a blender.
  • Cook puree once again till water get evaporate ( approx 5-7 min ).
  • Turn off flame.
  • Cool completely.
  • Add ginger juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder.
  • You can refrigerate it in sterilized bottle for further usage.
  • To serve, add 4 tbsp guava pulp in 1 cup of  chilled water. Blend it with hand blender.
  • Fill ¾ portion of glass with juice and top up with ice-cubes.
