This is a great little recipe for easy, fail-safe, gloriously gooey brownies. They are so moist and delicious! It is a great sweet treat for sharing with friends or just keep them all to yourself!


Preparation time : 10 min
Baking time : 20 - 25 min
Baking temperature : 180c

Ingredients:
  • Parle G Biscuits – 140 gm
  • BourBon Biscuits – 150 gm
  • Hide N Seek Biscuits – 120 gm
  • Regular ENO – 5 gm
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Powder Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Flour – 2 tbsp ( For Greasing and coating )
  • Oil / Ghee / Butter – 1 tsp ( For Greasing )
  • Wall Nuts / Candied Fruits – 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Fresh Strawberry / Glazed Cherry
Preparation : 
  • Grease medium size aluminum cake tin with the help of oil and flour.
  • Coat nuts / candied fruits with the help of flour. Remove excess flour.
  • Preheat Oven / Microwave – Convection on 1800 c / 2000 c.
Method :
  • Crush all biscuits with the help of mixer.
  • Add milk.
  • Add sugar.
  • Gently mix it.
  • Beat it for 3-4 min.
  • Add ENO.
  • Beat it for 1 min.
  • Add coated wall nuts / candied fruits.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour batter into greased tin.
  • Tap it.
  • Bake it for 20-25 min.
  • Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberry / glazed cherry.
