This is a great little recipe
for easy, gloriously gooey dark chocolate brownies. They are so moist and
delicious! It is a great sweet treat for sharing with friends or just keep them
all to yourself!
Servings : 8-10
Preparation time : 5-10
Baking time : 15-20
Baking temperature : 2000c
Ingredients :
- 50 gm butter
- 50 gm dark chocolate
- 100 gm all purpose flour ( maida )
- 125 gm whole sugar
- 25 gm cocoa powder
- 25 gm walnut
- 120 ml water
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
:
- Measure all ingredients.
- Strain flour, baking powder, soda and cocoa powder.
- Grease medium size aluminum cake tin with the help of oil and flour.
- Coat nuts with the help of flour. Remove excess flour.
- Pre heat Oven / Microwave – Convection on 1800c / 2000c.
Method
:
- Heat butter and sugar in one pan.
- Add chopped chocolate and half of the water.
- Stir continuously until chocolate and sugar melt.
- Turn off flame.
- Add water. Add flour mixture and essence. Bit well with whisker.
- Add walnuts. Mix well.
- Pour batter in greased square (12 cm x 12 cm ) pan.
- Tap well to remove bubbles.
- Bake it in preheated oven on 1800c for 15-20 min. Insert a toothpick or knife in the brownie. If it comes out clean your brownie is ready.
- Cool it for a while.Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate sauce.
